🕒 When will my order arrive?
Everything is made to order, so give us 3–5 business days to craft your goods, then:
- US orders: 3–7 business days in transit (5–10 days total)
- International: 2–4 weeks (customs can add time)
You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it ships — and if tracking goes quiet for a day or two, that's just the carrier handing off, it's still coming.
🌍 Do you ship worldwide?
Yep — we ship to most countries around the globe. If your country shows up in the checkout dropdown, you're good to go.
💸 Will I have to pay customs?
International orders may be hit with import duties or taxes on arrival — that's on the customer (some regions are pre-paid at checkout). We handle all sales tax on our end.
❓ My item arrived damaged or wrong?
We've got you. Hit up our support team and we'll sort it out — replacements or refunds, no drama.
⚡ How fast is it?
We're a lean operation, not Amazon Prime 😉 — but we pack every order with love and get it out fast. Worth the wait, promise.
